About R2R Recruiting Edge
We built the platform we wished existed
R2R Recruiting Edge, from Rookie 2 Recruit, exists to take the guesswork, the guess-payments, and the guesswork again out of college recruiting for families.
Why We Exist
Recruiting is a process, and most families are handed it without a map
Families spend real money on showcases, travel, and private instruction long before anyone explains eligibility, timelines, or how a coach actually evaluates a recruit. We put the tools, the education, and the honesty in one place, and we price it like a family budget matters.
- Verified metrics beat highlight-only profiles
- The recruiting calendar matters as much as the numbers
- Total cost of attendance should be compared before offers
- Coach access should never be behind a paywall for coaches
- A target list you can realistically reach is worth more than a long list you cannot
How We Work
What we hold ourselves to
Honest fit over big names
We would rather tell a family the truth about where an athlete fits than sell them a dream. Programs where athletes actually play, develop, and graduate are the goal.
Education before promises
No guarantees, no mystery process. Families learn eligibility, timelines, costs, and how coaches evaluate, then make their own informed decision.
Built for the whole family
Recruiting is a family project. The platform gives players the tools and gives parents the visibility to guide without taking over.
